Join our team as a 3rd Officer (3/O) on an Oil/Chemical Tanker with OSM Thome. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled officer to be part of our crew aboard a Portugal-flagged vessel operating in Europe.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in navigational watch duties
- Ensure the safety and security of the vessel
- Participate in cargo operations
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
- Assist in emergency response procedures

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a 3rd Officer on tankers
- Valid STCW certification
- Proficiency in English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- EU work permit or citizenship preferred
