We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil!
Reporting to the Business Development General Manager, this professional will play a key role in expanding our portfolio and identifying new commercial opportunities within the maritime and oil & gas sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead prospecting and negotiation processes for new clients and projects.
- Develop and execute strategies for business expansion and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with company standards.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, HSEQ) to ensure feasibility and compliance of new business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in business development or commercial roles, preferably in the maritime, offshore, or logistics industries.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems and/or Power BI is a plus.
