As an Assistant Server, you’ll join our Restaurant Service Team, ensuring guests and crew enjoy world-class dining experiences across our many onboard venues. From the lively Lido Buffet to elegant Main Dining Rooms and personalized Room Service, you’ll be part of the team that makes every meal memorable.

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service in all assigned dining areas (crew, officer, and guest venues).
• Follow Carnival’s service standards, ensuring every meal exceeds expectations.
• Maintain excellent grooming and appearance in line with company guidelines.
• Comply daily with USPH (United States Public Health) standards and all environmental and safety regulations.
• Support beverage stations and service areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Assist in Room Service and Alternate Dining (Bistro) operations, promptly delivering orders and maintaining accurate delivery logs.
• Engage warmly with guests, offering assistance and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and prepare for future opportunities.
• Report any equipment or operational issues to your supervisor promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service background, ideally within hotels or restaurants serving continental cuisine.
• Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• At least 21 years of age.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
