Set sail on a rewarding journey as a Chief Officer (C/O) on our Bulkcarrier fleet with OSM Thome. We are looking for an experienced maritime leader to oversee operations and ensure the safety and efficiency of our voyages worldwide.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cargo operations and ensure safe loading and unloading procedures.
• Supervise the deck crew and maintain navigational safety at all times.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular drills.
• Assist the Master with the ship’s navigation and operational duties.

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer certification and STCW endorsements.
• Experience on Bulkcarriers is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations.
• Prefers Candidate with experience in Bulk carrier equipped with Crane
