OSM Thome is seeking expressions of interest for various positions onboard a Crew Boat operating in Israel. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals ready to embark on a rewarding journey at sea. • Master (CPT), Master <3000 GT
• Chief Officer (C/O)
• Chief Engineer (C/E)
• Bosun (BSN)
• Motorman (MTM) / Oiler
• Ablebody Seafarer (AB)
• Chief Cook (C/C)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
• Collaborate with the crew to maintain high standards of safety and performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks as required.
• Prepare and serve meals for the crew (Chief Cook only).

Requirements:

• Valid maritime certification for the respective position.
• Proven experience in a similar role onboard a Crew Boat.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and maritime regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to various tasks and challenges at sea.
