• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems onboard.
• Assist in daily engine room operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain engine room logs and report to the 2nd Engineer.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare machinery for surveys.
• Requirements:
• Valid 3rd Engineer license.
• Previous experience in a similar role onboard offshore vessels.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• STCW-specified certifications are a must.
