Join OSM Thome as a 3rd Officer on an offshore subsea support vessel operating in the United Kingdom sector. You will work closely with the bridge and deck teams to support safe navigation and offshore operations.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Assist with safe navigation, watchkeeping and bridge duties
  • Support DP operations and subsea support activities as required
  • Carry out safety rounds, inspections and drills
  • Assist with mooring, anchoring and cargo/ROV deck operations
  • Maintain charts, publications and navigation equipment under guidance
  • Follow company safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
• Requirements:
  • Valid STCW Officer of the Watch (Deck) CoC or equivalent
  • Previous experience as 3/O or Deck Officer, preferably on offshore or DP vessels
  • All mandatory STCW safety certificates in date
  • Valid medical certificate (e.g. ENG1 or equivalent)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong safety mindset and willingness to work in a team offshore
