- Rotation: Global mobility with 51 days off per year, distributed across 6 trips. In Qatar: 35 days on / 35 days off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Proven experience leading commissioning activities for large-scale industrial plants or offshore platforms.
- Solid understanding of national and international regulations (IMO, SOLAS, ISPS, MARPOL) applicable during operations.
- Ability to interpret and review engineering, operational, and safety documentation.
- Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Competent in preparing, reviewing, and managing commissioning-related procedures and manuals.
- Experience with performance testing, start-up operations, and training execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for operational safety and efficiency.
- Fluent in English; excellent communication and reporting skills.
Tasks:
- Review contracts and ensure all commissioning, start-up, and operational requirements are captured.
- Participate in project planning and maintain updated execution plans for pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test runs, training, and operations.
- Oversee preparation of procedures, manuals, and performance test documentation.
- Coordinate schedules and responsibilities with licensors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Support procurement and subcontracting processes by defining scope of work related to commissioning activities.
- Develop integrated schedules and define temporary logistics to ensure smooth commissioning operations.
- Monitor and verify key performance indicators during all phases of project execution.
- Attend project review meetings to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Collaborate with HSE teams to align commissioning activities with safety requirements and prepare HSE plans.
- Participate in HAZOP reviews as needed.
- Evaluate and approve commissioning-related purchase requisitions and technical documentation.
- Review 3D models to ensure accessibility, operability, and compliance with commissioning and operational needs.
- Define commissioning priorities, handover sequences, and identify necessary spare parts and consumables.
- Provide operational support and compliance assurance according to relevant laws and classification requirements during plant operation.
