- Position: Assembly and Erection Supervisor.
- Project: Various Offshore Vessels.
- Location: Worldwide.
- Rotation: 90/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.
- Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly.
- Contract start: TBC.
- Contract duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Insurances: Provided by the Company.

Requirements / Qualifications / Competence:
- Proven background supervising mechanical, structural, or piping erection activities.
- Hands-on experience managing Mechanical Completion through load-out and offshore phases.
- Strong capability in short-term planning and detailed activity scheduling.
- Ability to track work progress and analyze manpower productivity.
- Solid understanding of quality control, inspections, and non-destructive testing processes.
- Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and direct-hire teams.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Comfortable producing clear progress data and reports for project controls.
Tasks:
- Supervise on-site assembly and erection works performed by subcontractors or internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Enforce safe work practices and maintain orderly, efficient work areas.
- Check availability of materials, equipment, and documentation prior to execution.
- Develop detailed activity plans for assigned scopes of work.
- Coordinate erection activities with prefabrication and upstream works.
- Manage workforce and equipment allocation, identifying gaps or excess resources.
- Support field teams with technical clarifications and issue resolution.
- Oversee inspections and testing activities prior to surface treatment.
- Manage Mechanical Completion activities, including preparation and close-out.
- Track installed quantities and assess physical progress.
- Collect manpower and progress data for weekly reporting.
- Identify construction or engineering issues encountered in the field and report accordingly.
