Join OSM Thome as an Ordinary Seaman on our worldwide trading oil/chemical tankers. Be part of a professional deck team, keeping the vessel safe, clean and ready for operation across global routes.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist deck officers and Bosun with daily deck work and routines
• Carry out chipping, painting, cleaning and wash-down of deck areas
• Handle mooring and unmooring operations in port
• Assist with cargo and tank operations as directed
• Participate in watchkeeping, lookout and safety rounds
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly

• Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates for Ordinary Seaman
• Tanker (oil/chemical) familiarization and valid tanker documents
• Valid seaman’s book and medical certificate
• Previous experience on tanker vessels preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Fit for worldwide trade and willing to work in a multinational crew
