Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a Diving Support Vessel (DSV) operating in the Middle East. We are looking for an experienced C/O with strong offshore and DP background to support safe and efficient marine and diving operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist the Master in the safe navigation and operation of the vessel
• Plan and supervise deck, cargo and diving support operations
• Lead and manage deck crew, ensuring safe work practices at all times
• Oversee stability, ballast, loading and discharge operations
• Coordinate with dive team, offshore clients and other vessels as required
• Maintain ISM, HSE and company procedures and documentation
• Ensure proper maintenance of deck equipment, cranes and lifting gear

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer (Unlimited) license
• Strong experience on offshore vessels, preferably DSV or similar
• DP experience and DP certificate preferred/required (as per vessel needs)
• Good knowledge of offshore operations and safe working practices
• Valid STCW certificates and offshore medical
• Good English communication skills
• Proactive, safety-minded and able to lead multinational crew
