KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant settings, policies, and licensing with a focus on cost optimization.
• Administer and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including application deployment, updates, and scaling.
• Implement and maintain automation via Intune Autopilot and Azure scripting tools (PowerShell, Graph API).
• Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, policies, and security settings.
• Develop and maintain Intune automation scripts and deployment profiles.
• Integrate new AVD applications and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage SSL certificate lifecycle and renewal processes.
• Monitor cloud usage and implement measures to reduce costs without impacting performance or security.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• Proven expertise with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and automation scripting (PowerShell, Graph API).
• Familiarity with SSL certificate management
• Hands-on involvement in cloud cost optimization initiatives.
