Duties and Responsibilities:

• PMS system support to vessels in operation, to onshore technical organization, and to purchasing department 

• For the experienced candidate: Build TM Master databases for new vessels

• Attend at yard or sail with vessel for spare part organization onboard

• Carry out training of crew and office personnel in use of TM Master

Qualifications for PMS Superintendent:

• Knowledge from marine industry and / or sailing experience 

• Knowledge in using PMS system (onboard or onshore) and generally good knowledge in IT 

• Technical and operational understanding of deep-sea vessels and/or offshore vessels 

• Engineer Officer, Deck Officer or Ship Electrician education or equivalent degree.

• Proficiency in Chinese and/or Mandarin language is an advantage.

Qualifications for PMS Coordinator:

• Knowledge from shipping industry and from using IT systems

• Knowledge in use of maintenance systems, purchasing systems, spare parts systems or other technical computer systems.
