Join OSM Thome as Master on a  Utility Vessel (Multicat) operating offshore Taiwan. Lead the vessel and crew safely and efficiently, supporting offshore marine operations in a dynamic working environment.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Overall command of the vessel and crew
  • Ensure safe navigation and vessel handling in offshore operations
  • Plan and execute towing, anchor handling and support tasks
  • Maintain compliance with flag, class and company procedures
  • Lead onboard safety, drills and emergency preparedness
  • Oversee deck and engine operations in coordination with officers
  • Maintain logs, reports and communication with shore management and clients
• Requirements:
  • Valid Master Mariner license appropriate for the vessel and trading area
  • Previous experience as Master on offshore multicat/utility vessels
  • DP certificate 
  • Strong skills in ship handling and offshore operations
  • Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS and safety procedures
  • Good English communication skills
  • Fit for duty with valid medical certificate and required offshore certificates
