Join OSM Thome as an Ordinary Seaman (OS) on an LNG tanker trading in Europe. Work with an experienced crew, build your skills at sea, and be part of safe and efficient vessel operations.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Assist with mooring, unmooring and cargo operations
  • Carry out deck maintenance, chipping, painting and cleaning
  • Stand lookout and assist on bridge watch as required
  • Handle ropes, wires and deck equipment safely
  • Follow safety procedures and take part in drills
  • Support officers and Bosun in daily deck duties
• Requirements:
  • Valid STCW certificates for OS rank
  • Previous sea service as OS or deck rating (tanker experience an advantage)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Medically fit for sea service with valid medical certificate
  • Basic understanding of tanker and LNG safety practices preferred
  • Team player with a safe and positive attitude
