OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Pumpman to work on oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. If you know cargo pumps and tank systems and enjoy safe, hands-on work at sea, this could be the right role for you.

• Key responsibilities:
• Operate, monitor and maintain cargo pumps, lines and valves
• Assist with cargo loading, discharging and tank cleaning operations
• Carry out routine checks and basic repairs on cargo and pump room equipment
• Ensure safe working practices in the pump room and on deck
• Support Chief Officer and deck crew during cargo and mooring operations

• Requirements:
• Sea-going experience as Pumpman on oil/chemical tankers
• Good knowledge of cargo handling systems and pump room operations
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
• Good safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a mixed-nationality crew and under shifting schedules
