Join OSM Thome as Chief Cook onboard an offshore PSV in Luanda, Angola. You will be in charge of the galley, preparing nutritious meals for crew and officers, and keeping a clean, safe working area at all times.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily meals for crew and officers
- Manage food stores, stock rotation and ordering
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in galley, mess rooms and stores
- Follow company standards for food safety and sanitation
- Work closely with vessel management to meet crew dietary needs
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as Chief Cook or Cook onboard offshore vessels, preferably PSV
- Valid seafarer documents and medicals as per international and flag requirements
- Food handling / catering certificate
- Good command of English
- Strong focus on hygiene, safety and teamwork
