OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Master for an offshore tug operating in Israel. You will be in full command of the vessel, ensuring safe and efficient tug operations in a busy offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall command and safe navigation of the tug
• Plan and execute towage and offshore support operations
• Lead and supervise the crew, ensuring good seamanship and discipline
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, flag state and international regulations
• Oversee maintenance, stability, cargo/anchor handling and logbook records
• Promote a strong safety culture and conduct drills on board

Requirements

• Valid Master (Unlimited or appropriate) CoC suitable for offshore tug operations
• Proven experience as Master on tugs or similar offshore vessels
• Strong ship-handling skills in close-quarters and offshore conditions
• Valid STCW certificates, medical and offshore documents as required
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Team leader with a practical, safety-focused approach
