Join OSM Thome as a Crane Operator (CRO) on offshore support vessels trading worldwide. Work in a safe, professional environment, handling deck cargo and offshore lifts with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

• Key responsibilities:
• Safely operate offshore cranes for cargo, equipment and supply boat operations
• Plan and execute lifting operations according to procedures and lift plans
• Carry out pre-use checks and basic maintenance of lifting gear and cranes
• Coordinate with bridge, deck crew and supply vessels during operations
• Follow all safety rules, permit to work and toolbox talks
• Stop work and report any unsafe act, condition or near miss

• Requirements:
• Experience as Offshore Crane Operator / CRO on support or offshore vessels
• Valid offshore crane operator certificate (Stage 2/3 or equivalent)
• STCW basic safety training and valid medical certificate
• Good English communication, spoken and written
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a mixed-nationality crew
• Willingness to work worldwide on rotation
• Hold UK Work Permit
