Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on an offshore tug operating in Israel. We are looking for an experienced and safety-minded C/O with solid tug/offshore background who can support the Master and lead the deck team in daily operations.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Assist the Master in safe navigation and vessel operations
  • Plan and supervise deck work, towing and mooring operations
  • Oversee cargo handling and stability, including ballasting
  • Maintain deck equipment, towing gear and safety equipment
  • Lead and train deck crew, ensuring safe working practices
  • Follow company procedures and international regulations
• Requirements:
  • Valid Chief Officer license 500-3000GT 
  • Proven experience on tugs, crew vessel, fast supply vessels and/or offshore support vessels
  • Valid STCW certificates and offshore medical
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong safety awareness and leadership skills
  • Available to work in Israel waters
