Join OSM Thome as 2nd Officer on an offshore Multicat Utility Vessel operating in Taiwan. You will support safe navigation, deck operations and offshore project work in a dynamic working environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Officer with navigation, watchkeeping and bridge duties
• Plan and monitor voyage and offshore operations according to company and client procedures
• Maintain charts, publications and navigational equipment up to date and in good order
• Support deck crew during towing, anchor handling, cargo and utility operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and permit-to-work systems
• Participate in drills, safety meetings and daily toolbox talks

Requirements:

• Valid 2nd Officer / OICNW license, compliant with STCW
• Previous offshore or multicat / workboat experience preferred
• Valid STCW basic and advanced safety certificates and seafarer medical
• Good English communication skills, spoken and written
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to work in a mixed-nationality crew
• Fit and ready to work in offshore conditions in Taiwan waters
