Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a Product Tanker trading worldwide. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong deck and cargo experience, committed to safe and efficient operations at sea.

• Key responsibilities:
• Oversee deck crew and daily deck operations
• Plan and supervise cargo operations, loading and discharging
• Ensure safe navigation and watchkeeping as per company and industry standards
• Maintain deck maintenance plan and safety equipment readiness
• Assist the Master in ship management, safety drills and ISM/ISPS compliance
• Prepare and monitor stability, cargo, and ballast plans
• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer license (unlimited) with appropriate tanker endorsement
• Experience as Chief Officer on Framo Pumps and should have Drydock experience on Product Tankers
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety mindset and proven leadership of multinational crew
