- Rotation: 51 days off per year – 6 flights per year.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Proven experience in contract management within the oil & gas sector.
- Background in EPC/EPCI project environments.
- Prior involvement in floating production projects (FPSO preferred).
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk allocation, and contract law principles.
- Ability to interpret technical, legal, and commercial documentation.
- Skilled in negotiation, dispute avoidance, and resolution strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with international contracting standards and offshore project practices.
Tasks:
- Take ownership of contract administration from award through close-out.
- Prepare and refine contract documents to reflect evolving project needs.
- Track contractor commitments and flag deviations from agreed terms.
- Anticipate commercial risks and propose practical mitigation actions.
- Contribute to procurement phases, including tender reviews and clarifications.
- Evaluate, document, and manage changes, variations, and claims.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned contract interpretation.
- Uphold compliance with contractual obligations and internal governance.
- Keep structured records of all contractual communications and decisions.
- Provide guidance to project teams on contractual implications and strategies.
