• Job Title: Contract Manager.

• Contract: 12 months (renewable).
• Rotation: 51 days off per year – 6 flights per year.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven experience in contract management within the oil & gas sector.
• Background in EPC/EPCI project environments.
• Prior involvement in floating production projects (FPSO preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk allocation, and contract law principles.
• Ability to interpret technical, legal, and commercial documentation.
• Skilled in negotiation, dispute avoidance, and resolution strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with international contracting standards and offshore project practices.

Tasks:

• Take ownership of contract administration from award through close-out.
• Prepare and refine contract documents to reflect evolving project needs.
• Track contractor commitments and flag deviations from agreed terms.
• Anticipate commercial risks and propose practical mitigation actions.
• Contribute to procurement phases, including tender reviews and clarifications.
• Evaluate, document, and manage changes, variations, and claims.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned contract interpretation.
• Uphold compliance with contractual obligations and internal governance.
• Keep structured records of all contractual communications and decisions.
• Provide guidance to project teams on contractual implications and strategies.
