Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Demonstrated experience operating drilling equipment in offshore environments.
• Strong understanding of drilling systems, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate crew activities effectively.
• Physically fit for offshore rotation schedules and demanding work conditions.
• Competent in interpreting drilling data and responding to changing well conditions.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Tasks:

• Operate and oversee drilling equipment to ensure safe and efficient well operations.
• Direct and support the drill floor crew during all phases of drilling activity.
• Monitor drilling parameters and make necessary adjustments to maintain performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, procedures, and permit systems.
• Coordinate with engineering and supervisory teams to execute the drilling plan.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and ensure proper maintenance practices.
