Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure environments.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, including switch configuration and network segmentation.
- Practical experience working with advanced network layers (e.g., Layer 3 routing concepts and VLAN setup).
- Ability to integrate and maintain both IT and operational (IoT/OT) systems within secure frameworks.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance in restricted or high-risk environments.
Tasks:
- Maintain and support onboard IT and communications systems across the fleet.
- Configure and troubleshoot network equipment, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
- Manage network segmentation and traffic flow to optimize performance and security.
- Oversee the interface between IT systems and connected operational technologies (IoT/OT).
- Ensure all systems comply with company cybersecurity policies and offshore standards.
- Provide technical support and resolve system issues both remotely and on-site when required.
