• Start date: TBC (ASAP).
• Contract duration: 12 months (renewable).
• Insurances: Provided by the company.
• Employer: Our client, a drilling and construction contractor.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Previous experience on offshore drilling units (drillships or semi-submersibles).
• Proven ability to manage and execute concurrent rig floor operations efficiently.
• Familiarity with automated drilling control systems, including NOVOS (MMC).
• Strong understanding of well control procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, team-oriented offshore environments.

Tasks:

• Support the Driller in overseeing daily drilling operations and rig floor activities.
• Coordinate simultaneous operations to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and operate drilling control systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Supervise crew on the drill floor, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and operational issues in real time.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
