Key responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries, and engine-room equipment
• Carry out routine checks, inspections, and planned maintenance jobs as assigned
• Monitor machinery performance and report any defects or abnormalities
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards in the engine room
• Assist with bunkering, fuel transfers, and other engine-room operations
• Follow company procedures, safety rules, and environmental regulations at all times

Requirements

• Valid 4th Engineer / Junior Engineer CoC (STCW-compliant)
• Previous sea experience, preferably on tanker or chemical tanker vessels
• Valid STCW basic and advanced tanker/chemical tanker certificates
• Good English communication skills
• Medically fit for sea service with valid medical certificate
• Team player with a safety-first and hands-on attitude
