Join OSM Thome as Master on an Oil/Chemical Tanker. Lead a professional crew, ensure safe navigation and cargo operations, and uphold the highest safety and environmental standards.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Overall command of the vessel, crew, cargo, and navigation
  • Ensure safe and efficient ship operations in accordance with company and international regulations
  • Plan and monitor voyage, including passage planning and bridge management
  • Oversee loading, discharging, and care of oil/chemical cargoes
  • Maintain strict compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and company SMS
  • Lead, train, and motivate officers and crew
  • Maintain good communication with office, charterers, and port authorities
• Requirements:
  • Valid STCW Master (Unlimited) CoC
  • Strong experience as Master or Chief Officer on Oil/Chemical Tankers
  • Valid tanker endorsements and dangerous cargo certificates
  • Good knowledge of international regulations and tanker operations
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and safety mindset
