Set sail as a Baker on a passenger ocean cruise and be part of OSM Thome’s galley team in Spain. Prepare fresh bread and pastries for guests and crew while working in a safe and well-organized shipboard kitchen.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, and other baked goods daily
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and hygiene procedures
Maintain cleanliness and order in the bakery area and storage rooms
Monitor stock levels and inform superiors of required provisions
Work closely with the galley team to support meal service on board
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Baker, preferably on passenger vessels or in hotels
Basic knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
Good English communication skills
Fit for sea service with valid medical certificate
Willingness to work in shifts and live onboard for contract periods
