Requirements

• Minimum 2 years GDS experience, Ideally Amadeus
• At least 2 years experience in Marine or Corporate Travel Operations
• Adherence to strict deadlines and professional attitude
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and book flights, accommodation, ground transportation and other travel related services for ships crew and corporate travelers.
• Researching and recommending travel arrangements based on clients' preferences, budget, and needs.
• Advise clients on travel policies, visa requirements, and any necessary documentation needed for their travel.
• Resolving travel-related issues such as flight cancellations, delays, or changes.
