• Key responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise cargo operations, lashing, and stability for car carrier trades
• Assist the Master with safe navigation, bridge watches, and voyage planning
• Lead and manage deck crew in all deck and maintenance activities
• Oversee implementation of safety, security, and environmental procedures
• Maintain deck department records, reports, and planned maintenance

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer (II/2) license and STCW certificates
• Recent experience as C/O or strong 2/O background, preferably on car carriers or Ro-Ro vessels
• Good knowledge of cargo securing, stability, and ballast operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety mindset
• Good command of English, spoken and written
