Information about the job:
- Job Title: Rigger Foreman.
- Project: Various Offshore Projects.
- Location: Worldwide (KSA, UAE, Qatar).
- Duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Rotation: 165/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.
- Salary: Please state your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Monthly salary, paid only while working.
- Start date: TBC.
- Insurance: Provided by the company.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Prior offshore rigging experience in marine or construction environments.
- Good understanding of lifting operations, rigging equipment, and load handling procedures.
- Ability to inspect lifting gear and identify unsafe or damaged equipment.
- Familiar with offshore safety practices, toolbox talks, and permit/JSA processes.
- Capable of working closely with deck crews and vessel personnel during marine operations.
- Scaffold erection certification is an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational discipline.
Tasks:
- Lead and guide rigging crews during lifting and handling activities.
- Ensure lifting tasks are carried out safely and according to approved procedures.
- Check that all lifting gear and rigging equipment are certified and fit for use.
- Monitor rigging equipment condition and report defects or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of lifting tools and accessories.
- Keep work areas clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
- Deliver pre-shift toolbox talks and assist with JSAs when required.
- Assist marine crews with mooring, unmooring, and barge support activities.
- Stop operations when unsafe conditions or risks are identified.
- Follow company standards, offshore regulations, and industry best practices.
- Carry out additional deck or rigging duties as assigned by supervisors.
