Join OSM Thome as Master on an offshore Crew Transfer Vessel operating in Romania. Take command of daily vessel operations, ensure safe crew transfers, and maintain high standards of navigation and seamanship.

• Key responsibilities:
• Overall command of the CTV and crew
• Safe navigation and maneuvering in offshore fields and ports
• Planning and execution of crew transfer operations
• Ensuring compliance with flag, class, company and client requirements
• Maintaining logs, records and voyage documentation
• Leading onboard safety drills and emergency response
• Liaising with shore management, clients and authorities

• Requirements:
• Valid Master (CPT) license, suitable for offshore operations
• Previous experience as Master on CTVs or similar small offshore craft
• Strong shiphandling and coastal navigation skills
• Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS and HSE standards
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
• Good English communication skills
