Master (CPT) – Offshore Fast Supply Vessel (FSV), Marshall Islands Flag
**Description**
OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Master (CPT) to serve on an Offshore Fast Supply Vessel (FSV) under the Marshall Islands flag, joining in Constanta, Romania. The Master will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, leading the crew and ensuring compliance with all international and flag state regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take full command of the vessel and crew
- Ensure safe navigation and ship handling at all times
- Plan and execute all offshore supply and support operations
- Maintain compliance with flag state, class and company procedures
- Oversee implementation of ISM, ISPS and QHSE requirements
- Conduct drills, safety meetings and crew training
- Maintain operational readiness of DP systems and deck equipment
- Liaise with charterers, agents and offshore installations
**Requirements**
- Valid Master (CPT) license appropriate for vessel and trade
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Master on Offshore FSV or similar vessels
- DP Full certification
- Proven FSV operational experience
- Valid STCW certificates in accordance with rank
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Medically fit for sea service
