Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on an offshore Crew Transfer Vessel in Israel. You will support safe vessel operations, lead the deck team, and assist the Master in all navigational and operational duties offshore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Master with navigation, maneuvering, and safe operation of the CTV
• Plan and supervise deck operations, mooring, and cargo/passenger transfers
• Lead and train deck crew in seamanship, safety, and emergency procedures
• Ensure compliance with company, flag state, and international regulations
• Oversee maintenance of deck equipment and safety gear
• Prepare and update logs, reports, and checklists as required

Requirements

• Valid Chief Officer / OOW license suitable for offshore operations
• Previous experience as C/O or 2/O on CTVs or similar offshore vessels
• STCW certificates and valid seafarer medical
• Strong knowledge of offshore operations and HSE standards
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in a small team and in changing offshore conditions
