Set sail as Chief Officer on a PSV operating in UK waters with OSM Thome. Take a leading role on deck and bridge, support safe and efficient offshore operations, and work closely with the Master and crew.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Assist the Master with safe navigation and vessel operations
  • Plan and supervise deck work, cargo and DP operations
  • Lead the deck crew and ensure safe working practices
  • Oversee stability, loading, and discharge of cargo
  • Maintain deck equipment and safety gear in good order
  • Support implementation of ISM, ISPS and company procedures
• Requirements:
  • Valid Chief Officer / Chief Mate CoC appropriate for the vessel and trade
  • Experience as Chief Officer on PSV or similar offshore vessels
  • DP certification and hands-on DP experience
  • Up-to-date STCW certificates and medical
  • Strong safety mindset and good leadership skills
  • Good spoken and written English
