Join OSM Thome as 2nd Officer on a PSV operating offshore in the United Kingdom. You will support safe navigation, cargo operations and deck activities, working closely with the Master and Chief Officer in a professional and teamwork-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Stand bridge watch and ensure safe navigation and ship handling
• Assist with planning and monitoring offshore operations and DP activities (if applicable)
• Oversee deck operations, cargo and supply boat operations as directed
• Monitor safety equipment, carry out safety drills and follow company procedures
• Keep logs and records up to date and assist with paperwork as required
• Support the Master and Chief Officer in day-to-day vessel operations

Requirements

• Valid STCW CoC as Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch (OICNW) or higher, appropriate for vessel and area of operation
• Experience as 2nd Officer or Officer of the Watch, preferably on PSV or offshore vessels
• Valid STCW basic safety training and required offshore certificates
• DP Full certificate mandatory
• Good watchkeeping, navigation and ship handling skills
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work well in a multinational crew
• Good command of English, spoken and written
