Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on worldwide trading oil/chemical tankers. You will be a key part of the vessel’s command team, supporting safe and efficient cargo and deck operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist the Master in overall vessel management and navigation
• Plan and supervise cargo loading, discharging and tank cleaning
• Lead and organize deck crew for daily operations and maintenance
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with ISM, ISPS and company procedures
• Oversee stability, ballast and draft during all stages of the voyage

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer license (STCW II/2) for tanker vessels
• Sea service experience as C/O or 2/O on oil/chemical tankers
• Valid tanker endorsements (oil/chemical) and STCW certificates
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety mindset and proven leadership skills on deck
• 3Y experience in rank
