We are looking for an experienced 2nd Engineer to join an Offshore Diving Support Vessel (DSV) operating in Brunei. You will support safe and reliable vessel operations, working closely with the Chief Engineer and engine room team.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Assist the Chief Engineer in daily operation and maintenance of all engine room machinery and equipment
  • Monitor and record engine room parameters, ensuring safe and efficient running
  • Plan and carry out routine and preventive maintenance as per PMS
  • Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, flag state, class and IMO regulations
  • Maintain engine room safety, housekeeping and environmental standards
  • Supervise and guide junior engine room staff
• Requirements:
  • Valid STCW CoC as 2nd Engineer (III/2) for seagoing vessels
  • Previous experience as 2/E, preferably on Offshore / DSV or similar DP vessels
  • Up-to-date STCW safety and survival certificates
  • Good knowledge of engine room systems, maintenance and fault finding
  • Strong safety mindset and good teamwork and communication skills
  • Medically fit for offshore and seagoing service
