We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our bulk carrier fleet trading worldwide. You will work closely with the engine and deck teams to keep all steel structures, pipelines and equipment in safe and good working condition.

• Key responsibilities:
• Carry out welding, cutting and fabrication jobs on deck and in engine room
• Assist with repair and maintenance of hull, tanks, pipelines and ship structures
• Support planned maintenance and emergency repairs as directed by Chief Engineer
• Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment safely
• Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work systems at all times

• Requirements:
• Previous seagoing experience as Fitter on bulk carriers or similar vessels
• Strong welding and cutting skills (arc, gas, basic fabrication)
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
• Good English communication and ability to work in a multinational crew
