OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Bosun to work offshore on FPSO/FSO units based out of Singapore. If you are a hands-on deck leader with strong seamanship and team spirit, this role could be a good fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise deck crew in daily deck operations and maintenance
• Organize and carry out mooring, unmooring, cargo and hose-handling operations
• Ensure proper upkeep of deck equipment, gear, and safety devices
• Assist officers with deck work, safety drills, and permit-to-work preparations
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices on deck at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as Bosun or Senior AB on offshore units (FPSO/FSO or similar)
• Valid STCW certificates and offshore documents as required
• Strong knowledge of deck operations, seamanship, and mooring systems
• Good leadership, communication, and safety mindset
• Fit for offshore work and willing to work in a rotation system based out of Singapore
