- Key Responsibilities
Assist in operation and routine maintenance of main engines, generators and auxiliary machinery
Carry out engine room watchkeeping duties and regular rounds
Perform oiling, greasing, cleaning and basic repairs as directed by the engineers
Monitor equipment, report defects and support planned maintenance jobs
Follow all safety procedures and keep engine spaces clean and orderly
- Requirements
Valid Motorman / Oiler (MTM) certificate and STCW documents as required
Previous experience as Motorman / Oiler, preferably on PSV or offshore vessels
Valid offshore/maritime certificates in line with Brazilian/flag requirements
Good English communication skills
Strong safety mindset and ability to work well in a team
