Join OSM Thome as an Ordinary Seaman on LPG/Ethylene tankers trading worldwide. Work with an experienced crew, build your sea service on modern vessels, and grow your skills in safe deck and cargo operations.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist with mooring, unmooring, and anchoring operations
- Carry out routine deck maintenance, chipping, painting, and cleaning
- Keep gangway watch and assist with stores and provisions
- Support officers and senior deck crew during cargo and tank operations
- Follow all safety procedures and take part in drills
- Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates for Ordinary Seaman
- Previous sea experience, preferably on tankers
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for duty with valid medical certificate
- Safety-minded, hardworking, and willing to learn
- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LPG/LNG AND SHOULD HAVE AMMONIA TRADE EXPERIENCE
- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ATLEAST 1 YR EXP IN RANK
- CANDIDATE PREFERS WITH US VISA AND SCHENGEN VISA
- CANDIDATE MUST KEEN TO JOIN MIXED CREW NATIONALITIES INCLUDING INDIAN CREW
