Take command as Master on our Service Operation Vessel (SOV) offshore Brunei. Lead a skilled crew, ensure safe and efficient operations, and support offshore activities to the highest industry standards as part of OSM Thome’s fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall command and safe navigation of the vessel
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and company procedures
- Lead, manage and motivate the crew onboard
- Plan and execute offshore operations in coordination with client and shore team
- Maintain vessel readiness, including drills, inspections and documentation
- Oversee bridge operations, passage planning and DP operations (if applicable)
Requirements
- Valid Master Mariner (Unlimited) CoC
- Proven experience as Master, preferably on SOV, offshore, or similar vessels
- Strong knowledge of offshore operations and marine safety standards
- Good leadership, communication and crew management skills
- All mandatory STCW certificates and offshore survival/medical up to date
- Good command of English, written and spoken
