- Key responsibilities:
- Assist with mooring, unmooring, and anchoring operations
- Carry out chipping, painting, cleaning, and general deck maintenance
- Support cargo operations under supervision, following safety procedures
- Stand lookout and assist on bridge as directed
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures
- Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates for Ordinary Seaman
- Previous experience on tankers, preferably chemical, is an advantage
- Valid tanker familiarization/chemical tanker training (as required by STCW)
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for duty with valid medical certificate and seaman’s book
