Ablebodied Seafarer (AB) – Offshore SOV, Cyprus flag
**Description**
OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Ablebodied Seafarer (AB) for an Offshore Service Operation Vessel (SOV) trading in Danish waters, joining in Thyborøn under Cyprus flag. The AB will be part of the deck crew, supporting safe offshore operations and daily vessel routines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out deck operations, mooring, unmooring and anchoring
- Assist with offshore gangway operations and deck cargo handling
- Perform lookout, helmsman and watchkeeping duties as instructed
- Carry out maintenance of deck equipment, painting and cleaning
- Assist with launch/handling of workboats and other small craft
- Follow all safety procedures and take part in drills and trainings
**Requirements**
- Valid AB deck certificate in accordance with STCW
- Valid seagoing medical certificate and basic safety training
- Proven offshore experience, preferably on SOV or similar vessels
- Experience with mooring, deck operations and navigational watch
- Good English communication skills, spoken and written
- Able to work safely in a team and follow established procedures
