Join our offshore team as 3rd Engineer on a modern Wind Turbine Installation Vessel operating in UK waters. You will work with an experienced crew, support safe and efficient engine room operations, and build strong offshore wind experience.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operation and maintenance of main engines, auxiliaries, and machinery
- Monitor engine room equipment, report faults, and support repairs
- Carry out planned maintenance and keep records up to company standards
- Ensure safe and tidy engine room practices at all times
- Follow SMS, permit-to-work, and all safety and environmental procedures
- Support bunkering, transfers, and other engineering duties as required
- Requirements:
- Valid STCW III/1 OOW Engineer (or equivalent) with offshore/DP or WTIV experience an advantage
- Previous experience as 3/E or strong background as 4/E on similar vessels
- Valid STCW basic safety, medical, and relevant offshore certificates
- Good English communication and ability to work in a mixed-nationality crew
- Strong safety mindset and hands-on approach to engine room work
- Fit and prepared for offshore rotation in UK sector
