Information about the job:
- Position: Purser.
- Project: Multipurpose vessel.
- Location: Worldwide (currently in Romania).
- Rotation: 90/30 days on/off or 56/28 days on/off.
- Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly (paid only when working on board).
- Contract start: ASAP.
- Contract duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Insurances: Provided by the Company.
- Employer: Our client, a drilling and construction contractor.
Requirements / Qualifications / Competence:
- At least three years of previous offshore industry experience.
- Background in crew coordination, travel support, logistics, or administrative functions within maritime or offshore operations.
- Valid professional licenses, training records, and competency certificates.
- Employment verification or service reference documents from previous employers.
- English language assessment results for applicants whose first language is not English.
Tasks:
- Coordinate travel and personnel arrangements for offshore assignments.
- Provide administrative assistance related to crew movements and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Support day-to-day manpower and operational administration as required.
