Set sail with OSM Thome as a Steward/Stewardess on a RORO/ROPAX vessel trading in France. Work in a professional crew, delivering good service and keeping passenger and crew areas clean, safe and well organized.
1st Trip 5 weeks
Then start rotation 6 weeks ON / 6 weeks OFF
- Key responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service in mess rooms, lounges and cabins
- Clean and maintain accommodation and public areas to vessel standards
- Handle table setting, food service and pantry duties
- Assist with laundry and linen handling as required
- Follow safety, hygiene and environmental procedures at all times
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as Steward/Stewardess at sea, preferably on RORO/ROPAX
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer medical fitness
- Good command of English; French language is an advantage
- Customer-oriented attitude and good teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and in a fast-paced passenger environment
