Lead offshore operations as Master on a PSV working in UK waters. Take charge of navigation, vessel safety, and crew management to ensure safe and efficient support to offshore installations.
- Key responsibilities:
- Overall command of the vessel and crew
- Plan and execute safe navigation and offshore operations
- Ensure compliance with flag state, company, and client procedures
- Oversee cargo, DP operations, and deck activities as required
- Maintain a strong safety culture and conduct drills and briefings
- Manage documentation, reports, and communication with shore and clients
- Requirements:
- Valid Master Mariner CoC, appropriate for vessel and trade
- Previous experience as Master or Chief Officer on PSV or offshore vessels
- Valid DP certificate (DP Full(unlomited))
- All mandatory STCW certificates and medicals up to date
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and safety awareness
- UK national or with UK Work Permit / UK Visa
